convenient locationuseful station
the location WORKS. I found it very convenient with excellent access. The Opera and department stores are nearby for shopping. it's great! I loved the coffee machine, SUCH A GREAT ADDITION. the water station in the lobby was also very useful.
the handyman's attitude during a safe issue was not ideal. He explained the safe operation BUT in a condescending manner.

this hotel has a good location near major attractions. the rooms were more spacious when compared to other rooms i stayed at before. staff gave an excellent service and were very helpful. breakfast in the hotel was delicious with different options.
the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted in my room. i could only adjust the fan speed. one day the ac was not working at all. this made the room a bit uncomfortable.

the room included a comfortable bed and sufficient space for luggage. a work desk was also available in the room. the bathroom was clean with fresh towels provided daily.

Acceptable stay, but some issues present
limited breakfastmouse sighting
The air conditioning was switched off , despite warm weather. This was disappointing at the price I paid. The breakfast offered limited choices and I saw a mouse running through the breakfast area. Staff did not seem too concerned when I reported it.
